VA Central Iowa has recently improved the VEText Appointment Reminder experience. We have decreased the amount of VEText messages you receive based on feedback received from veterans feeling that there were too many. VEText reminders are now sent 7 and 1 day prior to your appointment. Please complete the questionnaire below so our facility can continue evaluating your understanding and satisfaction with VEText appointment reminders.
